Move  In  &  Move  Out Cleaning in Oxnard  CA

If you want to ensure your deposit is returned when you are sailing away from a rental, putting your home on the market and need it to shine, or moving in and want everything to be 'fresh’.

Our Move In/Move Out service covers all the bases. We will clean and sanitize all surfaces in the home and, if the home is empty, wipe out all cabinets and drawers.

You have enough on your hands packing and moving, we can take care of the cleaning!

Kitchen

  • Hand wipe all cabinet exteriors*

  • Scrub countertops and backsplash

  • Clean and sanitize sink

  • Clean microwave (inside and out)

  • Wipe out pantry area (if empty)

  • Clean and polish oven and refrigerator exterior

  • Clean and polish stove top and vent hood

  • Detail clean under electric range burners

  • Wipe out inside drawers and cabinets (if empty)

  • Clean kitchen floor

 

Bathrooms

  • Remove cobwebs*

  • Clean mirrors (Streak-free)

  • Wipe all reachable light fixtures*

  • Clean counters and sinks

  • Hand wash cabinet fronts*

  • Wipe out inside drawers and cabinets

  • Detail clean shower, tub, tile and grout

  • Disinfect toilet and toilet area

  • Clean and disinfect bathroom floors

 

Whole House

  • Hand wipe all reachable light fixtures*

  • Dust ceiling fans*

  • Remove cobwebs*

  • Disinfect light switches and doorknobs

  • Hand wipe door frames and doors*

  • Hand wipe windowsills and ledges*

  • Hand wipe built in cabinetry*

  • Hand wipe Blinds**

  • Wipe banister and handrails

  • Vacuum all floors/mop hard surface floors

  • Vacuum carpet edges with attachment

  • Vacuum stairs

To ensure we meet expectations, we like to provide the following information of the tasks NOT included in the proposal (unless noted or listed as an additional service)

We do not:

  • Wash Walls

  • Remove debris or trash (trash receptacles must be on site)

  • Dis-assemble light fixtures, appliances, etc for cleaning

  • Clean Freezers (unless unit is unplugged, defrosted, and the service has been added to the work order - additional fees apply)

  • Clean Garage spaces (sweeping can be added for an additional fee)

  • Windows (interior windows can be added for an additional fee)

  • Tops of cabinets (that cannot be reached from a two step ladder)

  • Any space/area that cannot be reached with a two step ladder or extension pole
