To avoid a cancelation fee, you must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Yes! We can wash interior windows for an additional fee.

For exterior windows we work with sub-contractors to provide this specialized service.

Yes, unfortunately because we work with a very strict schedule, there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled, or $50, whichever is greater.

No - you are not required to be at home while we are cleaning. You can if you choose, however, please see our COVID guidelines on being present and maintaining safe social distancing standards.

If general clutter can be tidied up, that is helpful. We find it is much more cost effective for you if we can just start cleaning upon arrivial instead of tidying up before we clean.

Our highly-skilled cleaners are eager for your home to be as fresh and clean as possible. We ask that you tidy up your living space and place those random items, including kids toys, that have been gathering in some piles in their appropriate places. Don’t worry; we often have those piles too.

If you wish for us to change your linens, we ask that you leave a clean set of bedding sheets (fitted, flat, pillow cases) on top of each bed that is to be serviced.
