The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    To avoid a cancelation fee, you must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Yes! We can wash interior windows for an additional fee. For exterior windows we work with sub-contractors to provide this specialized service.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes, unfortunately because we work with a very strict schedule, there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled, or $50, whichever is greater.
  • Do I need to be home while you're cleaning?
    No - you are not required to be at home while we are cleaning. You can if you choose, however, please see our COVID guidelines on being present and maintaining safe social distancing standards.
  • What do I need to do to prepare for my house cleaning service?
    If general clutter can be tidied up, that is helpful. We find it is much more cost effective for you if we can just start cleaning upon arrivial instead of tidying up before we clean. Our highly-skilled cleaners are eager for your home to be as fresh and clean as possible. We ask that you tidy up your living space and place those random items, including kids toys, that have been gathering in some piles in their appropriate places. Don’t worry; we often have those piles too. If you wish for us to change your linens, we ask that you leave a clean set of bedding sheets (fitted, flat, pillow cases) on top of each bed that is to be serviced. We accept Credit Cards (Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express) for one time services.  We accept Credit Cards (as listed above), Bank Draft (by request), and personal/business checks for recurring services.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a service charge, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice by phone to cancel or change an appointment.  An email may be sent 48hours, or more, in advance.
